Have posted this elswhere but desperate for some help!!
Any tips on which to buy trying to stay under £100. Not having a great deal of luck. Brought a clearance Epson DX7000f from Macwharehouse but it did not work so that is now on its way back meanwhile I am without a printer!
Any suggestions any sites.? Thankyou.

seen this instore at my local tesco, seems a decent enuff printer but really Depends on how your going to use it......
Amount of printing, is speed an issue?
Will you print photos or just documents?
Does the scanning quality need to be particularly high?
Maybe if you answered the above or gave more details on its use someone with a bit more knowledge could help you:)0 -

Don't go for a HP! Have one at work - awful, inl cartridges expensive and always breaking down and then you end up ringing some call centre on the asia continent for help - it's hopeless.
I have a canon multi function at home - a Pixma but can't remember the model number. Very good printer and I would buy canon again. I think most canons come with individual ink cartridges which works out very economical as you only replace the colour that has run out. The cartridges are very reasonably priced too so there's no real need to go for compatables.0 -

You must have bought a lemon I'm sorry to say. I have a HP PSC 2410 and it's superb. I've had it for four years now without a single problem. I couldn't be without it and I use it for my business all the time. Before then, I had another HP one and that one was excellent also.0
