Buying from family

I am buying my Grandmother's property privately. I have a very knowledgable solicitor who is willing to do all the arrangements for me....so no worry there...however

Because I am a first-time buyer my mother will maintain her 1/8 stake in the property (enabling me to make a deposit), I will be raising a morgage with my husband and we have a number of friends who wish to invest in the property.

I realise this will create a very complicated situation whereby in our own right my husband and I will own less than 50% of the property but have our name on the deeds.

So my question is: can you recommend some morgage providers who are geared towards this "multiple ownership" situation
