We had a mortgage in principle from Nationwide and paid all arrangement and survey fees etc, it was then rejected a few weeks later but I'm not certain at what point is was rejected.
Oh, ok, that's odd. It was my understanding that the full credit check part was done at DIP stage with Nationwide.0 -
Was the DIP result "accept" or "refer"?
If refer, all the docs would be requested, before a decision can be made. You can submit a full application while on a refer decision.I am a mortgage broker.
