Is my employer screwing me out of money?

Hi there. I started working for a security company back in July 2015 and every month I have started noticing more and more irregularities with my wages which has I an not seem to get any explanation for.
I have recently discovered that before any deductions they are taking £20 off the gross amount, then they are not paying in my pension contributions from me but claiming it is their contribution to my pension, then when I claim back fuel expenses they are saying that I am being paid 45p per mile but it actually works out they are only paying 7p per mile and when I asked how this is, they claim I am paying less tax but when I workEd out my tax I am paying what I would expect to pay. Now the company have been going for more than 100 years and have quite a name in the industry but I cano help but think they are screwing me over somehow.
I would ideally like to know if others have has similar experiences or whether there're actually any services that would just look into my payslips and tell me if I am getting good screwed... I have tried looking up accountants etc but not sure how they can help as I am paid PAYE and read their websites they don't offer that sort of service.
Any advice much appreciated

Perhaps post an example payslip here to understand what's happening.
Your employer isn't actually obliged to repay any mileage costs, although should if in contract. You can claim tax relief on the difference between what they pay and what is tax free.0 -

Sounds like they are trying to offset your mileage as part of your pay like care companies do0
