Sorry if I'm being dumb but if it is a lucky dip, how do you know if you are missing something. Do they also send a list?

I'm still waiting for mine but hopefully it will come son

I took the list at face value as it was exactly what I had, minus missing items.

If there is nothing missing it's not the value claimed.

I have emailed them and will report back.

Everybody receives the same lucky dip by what I gathered from the email.

Should be 16 items in total, I only received 9 - This was the list they sent me of things I should have received in the lucky dip selection.

After emailing them and confirming what was missing, they posted the missing items today, should be with me tomorrow.

They apologied and they have now sent me them , should receive tomorrow :-)

Oddly, I am missing four items, all different from the ones you didn't get.
Goodness knows how that could happen.

I had a prompt and helpful email response saying they will send the missing items.

Disappointed with mine which in no way seems worth the cost. My free body lotion for spending over £35 missing and interestingly no list of a

Hi All,

I contacted Bomb Cosmetics today and they were really helpful. They said there should have been at least 15 items in the Lucky Dip Box. If you have not recieved the 15 items, then please contact them as their customer service is very responsive. A number of people including myself appear to be missing a mallow which would have pushed the Lucky Dip box to over the £50 mark. But it looks like some of you had different things missing.

They have said to contact them and let them know what was received so they can send out the missing item. So I am sure they will do the same for everyone.
