When I went to fill in the form a ladies name, address and phone number is showing, can anyone else see it?

It is clear for me now the ladies name was Elaine S (I won't put surname)

Does anyone know if we have a comper by that name?

That is bad - so what can you do after submitting your entry? You cannot go back and delete?
