Full Terms and Conditions:

1. A. Eligibility and How to Enter
2. As part of easyJet’s anniversary celebrations, we will be surprising 3 lucky people who successfully tap and pause the video in the correct spot (each entry when received by the Promoter an “Entry”, and each person an “Entrant”), with a pair of tickets (each a “Prize” and each winning entrant, a “Winner”).
3. In late December and early January, any customer will be able to play our game and tap the ‘up to 20% off’ balloon and reply to our tweet or post on Twitter with a full screenshot of them tapping the balloon with #BirthdaySale or reply to our Facebook post in the comments section with a screenshot of the full ‘up to 20% off’ balloon (each a “Picture”). If successful, each Picture will then be entered into 1 of 2 prize draws to win free tickets, subject to the terms and conditions set out here (the “Promotion”).
4. For the entry to be valid, the screenshot submitted must include the full ‘up to 20% off balloon’ in the frame.
5. Each Entrant must be 18+ on the date of their Entry, resident in the UK or Channel Islands and have 6 months on their passport beyond their proposed return date.
6. By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. B. Procedure details
2. There will be 2 draws, 1 for each medium (Facebook or Twitter). Entries may be submitted from and including 24 December 2015 to and including 13 January 2016. Any Entries received outside of this period shall not be included and shall be automatically discounted.
3. Each Entry will be logged by a computer programme. Each Entry shall be entered into a prize draw relating to the medium through which it was submitted; each prize draw shall be carried out by VCCP using a randomizer.
4. Each Winner will be notified by a private message through Facebook or Twitter from the Promoter within 14 days of the draw having been carried out.
5. Each Winner must have acknowledged receipt of the Promoter’s private message within 14 days. If the Winner does not respond in time, their Entry will automatically be withdrawn and another Winner will be selected at random using the same process described above.
6. The Winner shall be given the option to book the Prize within 1 month of the notification referred to in paragraph B3 above, subject to the Promoter’s right to reasonably vary the booking date.

1. C. The Prize
2. Each Prize will include the total cost of 2 return Standard Fare flights within Europe, seat allocation and baggage payments plus any administrative or credit card fees, subject to availability.
3. The Prize will not include any amounts paid for any ancillary products or services (including but not limited to easyJet holidays, transfers, related partner car parking or on-board flight expenses) in relation to those flights. Any Prize will also not include the cost of any flights or any fees or costs incurred or paid after the initial booking has been made. easyJet shall not be liable for any costs involved in any change made to the booking of the Prize after the initial booking.
4. The Prize is for travel within 6 months of the notification referred to in paragraph B3 above.

1. D. Entrant’s/Winner’s Responsibilities and Rights
2. Each Entrant may only submit one Entry for the Promotion per day; any further Entries shall not be counted.
3. Each Entrant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Entry.
4. Each Entrant acknowledges that any costs not explicitly referred to be included in these terms and conditions as being part of the Prize shall be borne by the Winner.
5. It is the responsibility of each Winner to obtain appropriate travel insurance against (amongst other things) unexpected cancellation charges, loss of luggage or money and personal liability claims. The Winner will indemnify the Promoter in the event that they fail to arrange such insurance, or should the cover prove inadequate or invalid.
6. If any or all of the flights contained in the Prize are cancelled by the Winner, no alternative or further prize will be issued.
7. The Winner cannot transfer the Prize to anyone else and there is no alternative prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
9. Proof of eligibility to enter must be provided if requested by the Promoter. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion are ineligible for this Promotion.

1. E. General
2. The Promoter’s decision is binding and final on all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. This includes (but is not limited to) (i) whether a Picture constitutes an Entry (showing the balloon having been tapped) and (ii) whether a post to Twitter or Facebook has been received by the Promoter.
3. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose without consent in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
4. The Promoter shall not be liable to any person if for any reason (within or outside of its control), the tap the balloon game malfunctions or the Promoter does not receive the Entry.
5. Each Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entries where the Promoter knows or has reason to believe that the publication of their Entry could lead to damage to the Promoter’s reputation or business.
7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Entrants agree that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter, and that Facebook or have no liability for any element of this Promotion.
8. Each Entrant must comply with, at all times in respect of the flights, the Promoter’s general terms and conditions available on the Promoter’s Website.
9. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable to any Entrant for any loss or damage whatsoever caused (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
10. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of Entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in Entries or entry selection notifications being lost, delayed or not received.
11. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
12. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
13. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and each Entrant agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
