Can't seem to switch

I've tried a couple of times online to switch to different suppliers and the switch simply seems to 'disappear' and I'm left with my existing provider.

Any idea how I can chase up to see what is happening?

NB: Account is not in debt (other than nominal value mid cycle)

Edit: Ignore this seems to have been sorted now.

  • Have you ever asked the new supplier why they didn't take over your supplies.

    When you process online, assuming you get a confirmation email/letter just call and use the order reference they provide.

    Until then it's hard to say.....could be anything down to a discrepancy on national database of meters which makes no difference day to day until wanting to switch.
