When ever I enter any good homes competitions I never get any confirmation

I clicked the link and It takes me to

WIN NEW CARPET WORTH £3,000

At the bottom It says thanks for entering,I cant remember entering to win carpets x
Im all confused now haha x

Whenever I click on the link I see someone elses details already complete din the Form. Last time was a Lisa Pope... Be careful what you enter

Just took a look and it was showing my name as Gerald Doheny of Greenwich, London whoever he is so I decided to back-out until they have fixed this, quite serious, security issue.
