if its realy gonna cause you pain to chop , Id slice the lamb as best as you can then stick in tin foil ( you can reheat it in the oven later)
throw in some jacket potatoes
AND depends what other veg youve got but Id be tempted by some stirfries veg or grilled veggie kebabs. Easy peasy:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
hi there, just thought of new excuse i dont have a mincer
Feeble .... I don't have a mincer either. Just chop it by hand or put it in the processor.
However, .... I kinda think you are looking for excuses not to do this, so I'll back out nowWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
I do broth with leftover roast lamb all the time and have never killed myself or anyone else. Broth with barley in it is really nice and gives you the carbohydrate too, or you could add rice or small pasta pieces.earn what you can, save what you can, give what you can :hello:0

will this be ok? am bit concerned now about using the cooked lamb? do you mean when it nearly ready put the pieces of cooked lamb in slo cooker to heat through, if so wold this work???? how long should i leave bone and veg in cooker to cook in first place?
We always put cooked meat in the slow cooker - there are some cheap beef cuts that really need it, chewy when roasted, melt when second time slow cooked. As long as it hasnt been in the fridge too long, I would put it all in.
And it is as easy as throwing it all in together. We use a packet mix (casserole/morrocan etc) chop some carrots, a leek/onion, potatoes and put the slow cooker on when we leave the house at 7am. When we get home at 7pm, dinner smells and tastes amazing. We always put the setting on low.0
