Hi, will the new tax on rental income affect me, currently earn around 28k per annum and recieve 4800 per annum in rent on a buy to let, will the new tax changes for mortgage interest allowance affect me as a basic 20% tax payer. Thanks

The changes might affect the OP as they are a reduction in tax; so might affect child benefit and other benefits if the OP has a partner.0

if OP's partner's total taxable income is >£50K it would indeed affect them ONLY0
