Where can I cut back?

Hello all
After a relationship breakup (12 years) late last year, I had to move back in with my mum.
I'm desperate to move out, looking at house share, but with debts of £25,000 + thanks to my stupidity in my 20's and my exes gambling.
I pay her rent of £250 per month, this incs all bills but food.
I earn roughly £650 per month.
I got in touch with CAB and they have been great, with their help I'm no longer pay interest on my debts.
I need a car to get to work.
I really need to move out (different area) and find new job, how can I do this when in so much debt?
Then how do I start paying off my debts?
Thanks all
Bare with me in what I'm about to say and realize its a way to financial independence if you have a strong will.
Find a camping ground and tow a caravan onto it. Perhaps a 4 birth. With your wage you should be able to get housing benefit for your pitching fee.
Find a caravan site that has laundry and shower facilities.
Electricity and Water rates are about the same price as household token meters.
If you choose to live this way for a year or two your be able to move around the country and find jobs. A lot of young working class people are choosing to do this in UK and Europe these days since we are in the age of globalism.
It will say a lot about you that your willing to get on your bike and search the country to find work.0 -

You've suggested the same thing on the employment board. From my (not very extensive) knowledge of caravan sites they can cost more than a rental property and you can't stay there all year round. Not a great way to save money or get rid of debt0 -
Can you give your cat away? I used to have a cat and they are an expense, especially the vet costs. I offloaded mine to the mother-in-law somehow and she complains about costs now (but has plenty of money)!
The car costs also seem a lot. Unless you have a reasonably well paid job that requires a car, I cannot see how it is viable to run a car.
On a related note - can you find a driving job? Either run a taxi or look for any nearby jobs that require drivers - surely they will pay a lot more than you get?
In fact, if you look at chauffeur jobs, they often provide accommodation and good salaries + a luxury car. I have seen many of these jobs and considered them myself in the past. Does not matter where they are if they give you somewhere to live?To err is human, but it is against company policy.0
