Another solicitor

Looking to sell our home in the cregagh area and will be needing a solicitor to do the legal work. Can someone recommend anyone who does a professional job and won't get the arm in. We are not buying another house and we already are in possession of the deeds. Anywhere handy to Belfast would be great , east Belfast or suttoubding areas

Wasn't overly impressed with Brian Leeson I'm afraid. We used McConnell Kelly at Ballyhackamore. They set the price up front and stuck to it too

Doesn't seem to be a lot of recommendations , solicitors seems to be getting as bad a name as estate agents

As Bigcammy says above, McConnell Kelly in Ballyhackamore. We had unexpected extra hassles during our move that they had to deal with but they didn't charge us above their initial quote.

Highly recommend Stephen Scott & Co Solicitors, Newtownards. Small but it felt like they knew you and not just a file number. Great job, very professional and good at keeping in touch. Had a few problems and they kept us right.
