    I got the first one of these at age 55, and the letter stated that everyone gets one. I work with a few people who have turned 55 since me, and none of them ever received it.

    You must be privileged - I think the normal age is 60. My husband started getting these every other year after he turned 60. He just provided his latest....er ...sample a few days ago.

    I'm 55, and not expecting this particular pleasure for another 5 years

    If you see a sign saying Student discount always ask if the do a pensioners discount, in fact be cheeky and always ask. Don't ask, don't get.

    UPDATE,
    As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted
