  • It says in the small print:

    "Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), the United Kingdom ("UK") and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry."

    Even if it is open to UK residents, please bear in mind that Visa gift cards issued in the US are only allowed to be used domestically (ie within the US). You won't be able to spend the money without going there.
  • In which case Dummies would use their international distribution channel with Wiley, who do have a base here in the UK, even releasing UK specific titles of the Dummies series.
