How do you edit your MSE signature?

Hi, I wanted to change my signature on here but can't seem to edit it, my other details have the pencil edit against them but not signature. Though I can highlight my signature I can't delete or type over it.
Could someone please advise how I can change my signature, many thanks in advance.
