This month’s prize is: One winner will win: 1x 4 night’s break, for 2 adults, at Bedruthan Hotel and Spa in Cornwall.
7. Additional Prize Details/Conditions:
a. The Prize includes a four night stay, for the winner and their guest, staying in a standard villa;
b. Two nights (chosen by the winner) will be classed as bed and breakfast and the other two nights will be flexible dining where the winner has an allowance of £30 per person to spend on food for the day. This allowance expires at midnight each day and does not carry over;
c. The Prize also includes 1x cocktail on arrival per person, late checkout and 1x 60 minute spa treatment for the winner and their guest plus unlimited access to the spa with steam room and sauna;
d. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
e. Guests must be 18 or over;
f. Winners will not receive any refund if the full £30 allowance per person for food is not used;
g. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative dates will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
h. The Prize does not include return travel to the hotel, additional activities, spending money or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs;
i. The Prize must be taken before 1st January 2017 excluding February half term, May half term, Easter, school summer holidays, October half term, Christmas Eve , Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve in 2016 or New Year’s Day 2017; and
j. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before any preferred departure dates.
