I get that too, but just bookmark the page and try again later, and it usually goes through. I think it may be something like a timed 24 hours thing.

Last time I managed to enter this comp was on Monday, so not sure about the 24 hour thing. I seem to remember last time they ran a comp like this I could only enter every other day

just tried and the form is there now so it must be every 24hrs as I entered this yesterday
