UU 2 x Lush bath bombs - I've had them for probably at least 2 years so couldn't tell you what variety they were!!
  • used up body butter organic one- it was little me brand. wnba- it was thick, hint of waxy but stained clothes.

boo boo baby lotion. the product was nice fragrance a week ago but the plastic tube burst at the top, the sides nearly split, the air seemed to affect the fragrance. I was unhappy about the packaging- it was really bad, it flaked away in my hand. very disappointing

bought 2 more hand creams in aldi as on clearance and will not be back for a year.

re- purposed trilogy body lotion as cleanser- for the initial make up removal. its doing the job. i second cleanse it micelluar water, so far no issues.

My Look Fantastic Beauty Box has arrived. Was a bit underwhelmed when I opened it. It contains:-

    Kebelo Clarifying shampoo 50ml
    Kabelo Silk Conditioner 50ml
Lancer Polish (can't remember the size)
    Bella Piere shimmer eyeshadow
    Darphin Micellar water (probably 50ml).

I suppose it's good value cos I'll use all the products. In fact I had run out of shampoo and used the Kebelo this morning. I had washed my hair last night using my Philosophy shampoo/shower gel but my hair felt awful. In fact it's not felt great since I coloured it at weekend. The shampoo is lovely. I want to try the Frizz Ease range of shampoo first but maybe I'll invest in a bottle of this another time.

    3 UUs too:-

    2 from PP list :-

Lush Cupcake. This was lovely. WPBA.

Sanctuary Shower Souffle. WDNBA. Did not like the fragrance of this. It was a huge tub as well and took a real effort to use. I've got dry patches on my arms at the moment too. Not sure if this has been caused by this product or not.

So the PP list looks like this now:-

    Boss Woman EDT
    Clynol Leave in [STRIKE]Conditioner
    [/STRIKE]Lush Cupcake[STRIKE][/STRIKE]
    OPI Bubble Bath mini
    Philosophy Pure Grace EDT
    Sample sachets
    [STRIKE]Sanctuary Spa Body Souffl![/STRIKE]
Soap and Glory Foam Call Shower gel
    Vichy eye cream
    Hawaiian Tropic face cream

I think the Soap & Glory and Hawaiian Tropic are neck and neck. The shower gel has stopped pumping and I left it turned upside down this morning in the hope that I can tip the last of it out tomorrow. The Hawaiian Tropic is in one of those pump dispensers whereby the bottom of the pump rises up in the bottle with the usage of product (does this make sense?). It's getting harder and harder to pump product out.

The other UU is a small bottle of conditioner that came with the hair colour I used at weekend. This was the Casting Creme colour. WNBA as my hair is a big ball of frizz today and considering how awful my hair has felt since I used the colour at weekend this conditioner must be contributing to this. Glad it's gone.

I have also joined the sealed pot challenge on MSE and have been putting money in there every time I have used something up. I have decided that I will put in £3.00 for each PP product, £1.00 for each full sized product not on this list, 50p for travel sizes and 10p for sachets. Will need to put £6.50 in later.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Gemzie - that soap does look cute.

VALM - I think that type of pump is called an airless pump, they are much more effective than the normal type.

  • Major falling off the wagon...

I dyed my hair and it went very, very brassy. Quick dash to shop in lunch break I grabbed Creightons' Sunshine blonde tone correcting shampoo and conditioner. I must say it is lovely stuff and did tone down the brass, but I have a big event on monday, so had to go to the local salon to get my hair sorted. 3 1/2 hours later and £100 poorer  I look normal again. Someone remind me not to be tempted by home dyes again.
No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!

  • UU item number 2 - Aussie Shampoo WDBA (but I am going to try to use up all the part bottles that I've tried and stashed away as they are not so good as my Aussie. Perhaps with Aussie conditioner I will be able to get through them.

On PP list for January - toothpaste, bath soap bar (not sure what it is, but it is okay. I couldn't buy it again because I threw away the wrapper and have forgotten the make)

    in - foundation.

I haven't tried listing my supplies because I have stuff stashed everywhere. I will probably give it a try later in the year.

Is anyone tempted, when they get near the end of something, to use a bit more to use it up quicker?

Oh yes. I do tend to slather products on towards the end!
