went br a couple of weeks ago.
got a debt for £100 I forgot to put on forms.
whats the score where this is concerned?
do I tell dca that I've gone br?
or won't that matter because I didn't list it?

Unless the DCA is collecting for one of the very very few exempt debts (student loans and a few others) then it is included in the bankruptcy.
The law is clear on this point. All debts provable in bankruptcy become part of your bankruptcy estate after the BR order irrespective of whether they were declared on your forms. This is so precisely to protect the bankrupt in cases like this where debts were forgotten or overlooked (it happens quite often). Bankruptcy really does draw a very firm line under your finances at the instant of the order.
Tell the DCA you are bankrupt, and that they should now deal with the OR/Trustee. Plus inform your OR about this debt that was left out. The OR's are used to seeing the odd thing or two missed out, since most people are pretty stressed when filling out the forms.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
