i lost 149 last time, but since they charge you to buy train tickets everyone else does for free. it was only a 49p loss.

plus they don't actually show the cheapest virgin fares...

They've closed their Reward All shopping portal and you can only redeem loyalty points earned from your purchases until July. Unfortunately, my Expedia travel doesn't happen till September so my 1958 points will be lost as they remain pending till after I've travelled. Contacted RSH who basically said "tough"! I've booked my last travel with them.....
