1. The ‘Florida Prize Draw’ is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. Entry into the ‘Florida Prize Draw’ is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. There is only one winner who will receive a 7 night trip for two adults and up to 2 children aged 11 or under to the Executive Plus Orlando Villas* in Florida. The prize consists of return economy class flights, hold luggage per person (It will be airline dependent but min of 20kg pp), car hire (certain conditions apply), 7 days unlimited entry to Walt Disney World Resort (includes Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Blizzard Beach –Admission to additional theme park areas are available on request at an additional charge) and accommodation on a room only basis (does not guarantee a games room/spa within the villa or include pool heating, both of which can be purchased at additional cost – Guests are required to pay locally on arrival $35 dollars per week for Property Protection, these fees are non-refundable)
4. The airline tickets are based on economy class return tickets between London and Orlando Florida with a departure date chosen by the winner travelling in 2016 (Travel over Easter, bank/public holidays, August 2016 and Xmas/New Year period are not valid). Chosen dates will be subject to availability. The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable or non-endorsable. Requests for regional airport departures, increased duration and additional passengers may be purchased at additional cost.
5. Lead traveller must be aged 18 or above.
6. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must travel together and all components of the prize must be taken together.
7. The prize does not include domestic UK transfers, travel insurance, spending money or incidental costs (such as additional meals, telephone calls, mini bar items, laundry etc) other than those stated.
8. The winner is responsible for theirs and his/her travel companions having valid passports/visas. We cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused admission to the U.S.A. We strongly recommend that you check detail in your Entry Permits/Visas against your passport and personal information prior to departure.
9. A person independent to the promoter will draw one winner from all qualifying entries received by the closing date 31/01/2016. The draw will be made by 14/02/2016 and the winner will be notified within 28 days from this date. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Fayre & Square (Spirit Pub Company (Services) Limited) (Company number 05266811) reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize. The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
11. Holiday Gems Ltd (company number 5824929) retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
12. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
13. Holiday Gems Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Florida Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Holiday Gems Ltd further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Florida Prize draw.

Holiday Gems Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Florida Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Holiday Gems Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Holiday Gems Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
