• Entrants to this competition must be aged 16 or over. This competition is open to residents of the UK.
• Employees and the immediate families of Soap & Glory Limited, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter.
• The Competition begins at 10:00 GMT on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 and closes at 17:00 GMT on Thursday 31st December 2015.
• This prize draw is free to enter. All entrants must play Soap & Glory’s Ski Game online in which they have to avoid the obstacles (trees and puck the duck) and collect Christmas Gift Sets on the way down. There will be three levels (Easy, medium and hard) and there will be one winner for each level. Entrants can choose to play up to any level they wish but will be entered in to a prize draw for the highest level that they reach.
• Responsibility will not be accepted for loss, delay and corruption of any data in transit or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
• All entrants consent to Soap & Glory Limited using their names and their submitted comments for any commercial and non-commercial purposes to be used in any medium worldwide. Entrants undertake to assign to Soap & Glory Limited the copyright in any comments submitted if requested by Soap & Glory Limited.
• Prizes – All entrants who complete any of the levels they wish will be entered in to a prize draw to win a Christmas gift set. The prize for Level 1 is 1 x In The Bag. The Prize for Level 2 is 1 x Well I’ll Be Glammed. The prize for Level 3 is 1 x The Whole She-Bang. All three winners will be selected on Monday 4th January 2016 from all eligible entries.
• The promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value or greater. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.
• The Winners will be notified via email after the competition has ended. This email must be acknowledged by the winner within 72 hours. Failure to respond to this email means an alternative winner will be selected from all valid entries received. The Winner will be asked to provide contact details for the purposes of awarding the prize only.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
• We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission, except for the purpose of awarding the prize if necessary.
