Pretty sure its sweat/hair oil. Seems to be not just surface but stained through.
Any way at all to get this cleaned?

I think they are grease/body oil stains and seemed pretty much soaked in.
Tried saddle soap but just sort of cleaned the surface (made it much nicer though!)0
