Thanks for starting us off MandM90 :T
It'll be a fairly easy plan for us this week. No work and lazy lie ins.
Lunches / brunches will be homemade lentil & Xmas ham soup , crackers, xmas cheeses and salady bits, and beans / scrambled egg on toast with brown sauce for me ala PasturesNew.
Main meals will be:- Chicken fajitas (using one breast for 2) with loads of veggies, wraps and the usual trimmings.
- Baby tomato & mozzarella puff pastry tart, hm coleslaw and salad
- HM freezered lasagne and salad. Garlic bread if I'm feeling greedy.
- HM Scottish steak and sausage pie, mash and greens (savoy / brocolli)
- Haggis, neeps and tatties with posh creamy peppercorn sauce. Pity I have no whisky for it but I'm not puting Baillies in it...
- Mixed bean and chorizo chilli with rice or made into quesadillas if I'm really lazy!
- Eggs of some sort. Omelette or frittata'd with whatevers leftover.
It's a bit puff pastry heavy - but I like to stretch it out doing smaller portions - And it is New Year!
Have a great week everyone X0 - Chicken fajitas (using one breast for 2) with loads of veggies, wraps and the usual trimmings.
