Greggs at Boucher road

Am I imaging things or is there a Greggs open at voucher road retail park. Was wanting to take the kids yesterday and drove about for ages trying to find it , I googled it and everything
Anyone know where on earth it is ? As in near what shop ? It just says its at Boycher road retail shops .....

The new store, at Boucher Road Retail Park in Belfast, will be their first “directly run shop” in the region and will create 12 jobs.
The move comes following the “success of the first franchised shop at Applegreen’s Motorway Service Area on the M2” just outside Belfast.
It is expected that the unit will be available for shop-fitting in early March 2016, with the store being opened a few weeks later.

Already open at the Applegreen on the M2, and they're recruiting for the M1 Applegreen if you REALLY love them (also the other stores at the M1 Applegreen).

Yes, and pretty good they are! However, there's nothing nicer than coming out of Greggs with a couple of hot sausage rolls and a cup of tea. Bliss!
Reckon Greggs would do well if they opened near Queens University, probably will in time.
