Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
The prize:
The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, B&B, in a split-level Cliff Veranda Suite at the Cliff House Hotel, in Ardmore, Co Waterford — a boutique five-star hotel on the water’s edge at Ardmore Bay. Its restaurant, House, has a Michelin star, and one dinner for two (excluding wine), cooked by the chef, Martijn Kajuiter, is included in the prize.
Also included are return flights from London City to Cork with CityJet — which now offers up to three flights a day between the cities. Three days’ car hire from Cork airport comes courtesy of Carrentals.co.uk
The prize must be taken before November 30, 2016, subject to availability and excluding June, July, August and Irish and British public holidays.
Drivers need to be over the age of 25 and must hold a driving license valid for a minimum of 3 years.
Car hire is subject to certain endorsements. (In some instances drivers will also need an international driving licence.)
The prize is for the pre-paid cost of the car hire only. Winners will be liable to pay for any optional/additional extras requested (such as child seats, GPS, winter tyres etc) or additional fees applied (such as one way rental fees, additional drivers, out of office hours, fuel etc) which will be payable locally.
The driver will need a valid Credit Card in the lead driver’s name for collection of car hire which will need to have sufficient funds available to cover the security deposit/excess insurance charges and fuel charges (between 100GBP and 3,000GBP).
