This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 13 or over.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the free prize draw. In order to be eligible to enter you must submit your details (name and email address) on the Benenden website.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
The opening date of the competition is 19th Nov 2015 at midday and the closing date is 11th Jan 2016 at midday. Any entries made after this time will not be accepted.
One winner will be picked at random from the received entries. The draw will be independently supervised and will take place within one day of the competition closing. The winners will also be notified by email within one week after the closing date of the competition.
The prize consists of one £100 M&S voucher which will be posted to the winner as soon as possible after the date of response from the winner.
In the event that the claim for prize is not received within 48 hours of the notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winners to bear.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.
Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.
Employees and the immediate families of the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.
The Promoter is The Benenden Healthcare Society Limited, Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GG.
By entering into the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
