Won competition from this site but no prize received

I am not sure of the protocol regarding naming a competition I won but never received a prize for. I won a Mickey Mouse Halloween competition and I have been unable to get any reply to my emails to the blogger. I would like to know if anyone else has had problems but am reluctant to name her as you do not know what difficulties they may be experiencing. Can anyone advise me as to what they would do in the same situation? Should I just forget about it?

Have you tried contacting them on Twitter or Facebook? I usually send a tweet when I'm not getting replies to emails.0
