What do you want to be included within your budget?
I started noting down and keeping all my receipts so I knew what I spent. Then started cutting back, doing more savvy shopping which takes a little long, getting things from different shops.
I was actually surprised where I was spending my money over the year.Why pay full price when you may get it YS0 -

And last time I looked wasn't giving necessary information about lifestyle. It stands to reason that if you have, for example, a cheap lunch in a company restaurant then you won't need to spend as much as someone who has to provide 3 meals a day. Or, as many on mse seem to do, if you want to budget for what seems a huge amount weekly on cleaning materials and toiletries....... etc etc0
