In neobux, does anyone know when you can 'extend' your Golden membership? Is it the very second it runs out?
I only ask as my 1st year as Golden ends in 2days, and I have $90 in the Golden pack balance, But when I click it, it only appears to want me to to goto paypal (or others) to cough up $90 for it..When I don't need to...

I seem to think that the golden pack balance can only be used for upgrading to one of the add on packs,,,ultimate, diamond etc?

I would have thought you can extend golden anytime and it will just add a year onto your expiry date. (Using external payment i.e paypal or from account balance or paying with 30,000 points)

Not what your needing to hear.......I vaguely remember someone on here making same mistake.

Just had a quick look in the neo forum and it confirms what Ive said above.........someone on there suggested putting in a ticket and asking nicely if they will transfer it for you.

I've done the same thing Nicky..... It's not clear is it. I have about $50 saved up there too...will have to put it towards Ultimate now :cool: I hope they can transfer it for you.

Some good averages around at the moment, 0.738 here yesterday which is the best I've seen in a little while

Is it just me or today Crowdflower is unusable? When you Click on any task, the page hangs forever and then the browser freezes? I have tried different browsers. I have a good Internet connection and plenty of RAM.
