Details of the Competition:

1. 3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/win/ answer a question correctly and register their details. Online entry will only be open during the following times:

Opening time: 00.01 on the 26/12/15
Closing time: 23.59 on the 27/12/15

1. After the competition closes,
2. one entrant will be randomly selected from all correct eligible entries and be awarded the prize.

Eligibility:

   Prize:

1. There are 1 prize package to be won (each a “Prize”). The Prize includes the following:

• 1 x Sky’s complete bundle package consisting of:

- 1 x Sky+HD box
- Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below);
- 1 x 12 month subscription to Sky’s Complete Bundle package

• 1 x underground Edinburgh experience including:

- 1 night’s luxury accommodation in Edinburgh for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 (sharing a family room) breakfast included
- 1 x 2 hour underground experience in Edinburgh’s vaults
- 1 x three course menu with drinks at a top family restaurant in Edinburgh
- Return train travel and hotel transfers

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

Sky free for a year prize conditions

1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a) If you are a winner and are new to Sky TV you will be required to enter into three subscription contracts (Sky digital, Sky+ and Sky+HD subscriptions for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months’ free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply, unless you change your package, giving over 31 days’ notice, you will pay the prevailing price for the Complete Bundle (currently £71.25 pm [in the UK and €83 pm in the Republic of Ireland]). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise £10 pm in the UK). Sky selects your equipment. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Unless you are already a Sky+ subscriber you will need Sky+HD professionally set up, even if you already have a minidish. Costs apply for non-standard set-up. Your box must be connected to a fixed telephone line. You must get all consents required (e.g. landlord’s). Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels, and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the Prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. Existing Sky TV customers will receive a free Complete Bundle subscription [and a free Sky+HD box]. Multiscreen is not included in the prize.

b) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
c) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
d) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
e) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

f) “Night time” prize:
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 under-12s includes:
Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to Edinburgh; Return private station transfers in Edinburgh; 1 night’s hotel accommodation in Edinburgh, with a minimum four-star rating, based on sharing a family room; Breakfast; Two-hour evening underground ghost tour in central Edinburgh; Three-course set menu dinner at a family restaurant in central Edinburgh.
Train travel available from mainland UK rail stations only; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2015 – 2nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; Adults must be aged 18 or over; Children must have prior written permission from parent or guardian before travelling; The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.(the “Prize Conditions”)
