Tech minded - what do I need to reinstall?

My laptop completely crashed yesterday and I had to reset it. Now I find I can't see pics on some sites like Buzzfeed, and I can't see the comping widget on some advents like Daily Mirror. Is there some obvious thing I need to reinstall? I lost nearly everything, horrible timing!

Yes, I'd suggest Flash Player too.
I was having some pages not displaying properly a few days ago, and it was because a couple of Adobe items needed updating.0 -
