Help! Can I cook 2x2.5kg hams in slow cooker?

Options
Help, been in hospital for 12 days, and now running really behind with cooking hams etc. I need to cook 2 X 2.5 kg Wiltshire hams in Coke in slow cooker. My head is all over the place and can't think straight. How long would I need to cook them for? Also took them out of freezer about 7pm hoping will be defrosted by noon today. Have left them in lounge to defrost. Will that be long enough? Usually organised by now, but have visitors staying also and starting to feel stressed.

if they both fit then of course you can.. I regularly cook 2 because 1 is not big enough.. they fit in my SC side by side and not touching.

I chuck mine in about noon and we eat at 4:30-5pm ... I just stab them every so often to check progress.. when fluid runs clear that'll do.

On the odd occasion they've not been fully cooked I have whalloped them in the microwave for a few minutes.

And chill.. if you've been in hospital 12 days you have clearly been unwell so don't be overdoing it.. visitors should be looking after you not you dancing attendance!!!

Pigpen many thanks for reply. Can I ask do you cook them on high? I want to do them in Coke, then glaze with mustard and brown sugar.
    Chilling is hard lol

My head is mush at the moment, so if I cook both joints together, would 2 hours on high and 6 hrs on low, result in 2 hams that are cooked through. But intact enough to glaze and finish in oven?
