Overpayments in April total 709.46 and there won't be any more until May :)
    646.16 from leftover salary
6.56 from selling old computer games
56.74 from making my own lunches

My Overpayments for the year now at 5,056.71 :)

Marathon was fine, I wanted a 4 hour time so I can pace my Ironman and I got 4:02, so that was alright, except I ran a 1:45/2:15 split so probably some work to be done. Well done on 3:20 Lomcevak - I'm not doing long distance tri next year so 3:30 may be my next aim - that or ultra marathons. Anyway, that's for another forum!

    Enjoying watching your progress everyone!

I think I'm too late to the party this year, but will join in on this in 2017.
