    I can clearly remember that happening to me when I was a small child, and gulping juice - my grandmother told me it was an "airlock"! I think the problem is that you gulp in air along with the juice.

    Also, to work out if you've lost too much weight, just use a BMI calculator. If you google it, the NHS one should come up top. A lot of people will tell you BMI is rubbish because it doesn't account for muscle, but for anyone who's not actually a muscle-bound hulk it's pretty useful.

  • There is nothing wrong with the foods you are eating but if I were you I would aim for more variety. I would try to eat some red meat (not in excess) and also some carbohydrates such as brown rice or whole bread. Don't forget your bidy needs some natural fats too such as cheese or yoghurt.
