I can clearly remember that happening to me when I was a small child, and gulping juice - my grandmother told me it was an "airlock"! I think the problem is that you gulp in air along with the juice.0

Also, to work out if you've lost too much weight, just use a BMI calculator. If you google it, the NHS one should come up top. A lot of people will tell you BMI is rubbish because it doesn't account for muscle, but for anyone who's not actually a muscle-bound hulk it's pretty useful.0

There is nothing wrong with the foods you are eating but if I were you I would aim for more variety. I would try to eat some red meat (not in excess) and also some carbohydrates such as brown rice or whole bread.
