Hi everyone
I don't like my curries too spicy but really want to cook a butternut squash curry using a thai curry paste or sauce mix...
Could anyone advise me which is the least spicy....and or recommend a paste or sauce for a Thai curry newbie to buy?

I make my own using the Hairy Bikers recipe you can add a lot of fresh chilli or a little red chillis for red paste and green for green paste it lasts for ages...
