Frozen Chicken

I took a chicken out of the freezer on Saturday with every intention of cooking it for last night's dinner.
However, circumstances meant that it is still still in my fridge today.
I now plan to cook it tonight after work ready for a salad on Thursday as I won't get home in time to cook it tonight and someone has already prepared dinner for tomorrow.
Will this be okay? I really don't want to throw a whole chicken away.

Sorry, I never got back to you yesterday, but I would have said it would be alright to cook, as long as it had been kept chilled and smelled alright and was cooked really thoroughly.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0
