CCA Request - missing statements

Hi All
I had requested a CCA from PRA Group for a May 2000 Egg Card agreement.
They have sent a copy of the agreement and statements from Mar 2009 on wards.
The problem is that I am still unaware if I had any PPI on this agreement.
Can I insist that they provide all the missing statements and if they do not, what redress
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

A CCA request requires a "statement of account". It does not require a creditor or collector to provide historic account statements. They are something different.
See: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1974/39/section/77

Hi Sourcrates
The date of the copy agreement is May 2000.
Is it compliant ?
Original copy or a cut and paste job ?
To be compliant it must first be legible, should contain specific terms and conditions etc etcI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi
You could make a subject access request (SAR) using your rights under the Data Protection Act. The creditor can charge you up to £10 but you can make them provide any specific information they hold on you.
There is a sample letter for making a SAR request here:
