Accountant certificate for mortgage - too much hassle?
Comments
-
The broker is very good - i've had mortgages with him in the past with no hassles. The house I live in now we completed in 4 weeks. He is on Xmas holidays this week but back in the office next week so I don't think he's unavailable. Having looked at length on the Coventry site I can't see where they wanted the CA - it must be something in the small print that is only coming up now.
I can actually get this done by a CA via People Per Hour for quite a low cost - £75 or so - so that is my next step. Its just a bit of a hassle that I hadn't anticipated.0
