There will be seven giveaways on Tuesday 22nd The first six giveaways will take place between 11am and 2pm (each an “Initial Giveaway”) and the final giveaway will take place after 2pm (the “Mega Giveaway”) (together the “Giveaways”). The timings of the Initial Giveaways are set out below (each being referred to as a “Giveaway Period”)*:

Initial Giveaway 1: opens at 11am and closes at 11.20am
Initial Giveaway 2: opens at 11.30am and closes at 11.50am
Initial Giveaway 3: opens at 12pm and closes at 12.20pm
Initial Giveaway 4: opens at 12.30pm and closes at 12.50pm
Initial Giveaway 5: opens at 1pm and closes at 1.20pm
Initial Giveaway 6: opens at 1.30pm and closes at 1.50pm

There are 30 prizes to be won across the Initial Giveaways, as set out below:

Five prizes of £100 cash
10 prizes of £50 cash
10 prizes of £20 cash
5 prizes of a National Lottery £5 Christmas Scratch card



The winners of the first Initial Giveaway will be the first five entrants selected at random from all valid entries in the Draw that have selected different bauble numbers. After the Draw for the first Initial Giveaway, the selected baubles will be removed and only the remaining bauble numbers (as announced by the Promoter on Twitter before the second Giveaway Period opens and as shown on the Live Stream) will be available to choose. The winners of the second Initial Giveaway will be the first five entrants selected at random from all valid entries in the Draw that have selected different bauble numbers and that have not selected bauble numbers for which prizes have been revealed in the first Initial Giveaways. The process above will be repeated and the chosen baubles will be removed before the next Initial Giveaway, until all Draws have taken place and all prizes allocated.

Each entrant that enters an Initial Giveaway in line with these terms and conditions will automatically be entered into the Mega Giveaway draw which will take place before 2.30pm on 22nd December 2015 and will be supervised by an independent observer. Those entrants that win a prize in an Initial Giveaway will be eligible to win the Mega Giveaway prize. The winner of the Mega Giveaway draw will be the first entrant selected at random from all valid entries in the Mega Giveaway draw. The winner will be notified on the Live Stream and via the @TNLUK Twitter feed after the draw has taken place and before 3.00pm. Paragraph 16 applies.

The prize available to be won in the Mega Giveaway will be a cash amount of £250 plus a non-cash prize bundle consisting of the following*:
A Bose Sound dock
An iPad Air 2 (128gb Silver)
An iPhone 6s (16gb Silver; unlocked)
A Pandora bracelet (Silver & Gold with one charm two clips and a safety chain)
A Sony LED television
