Can anyone here describe this as a 'nice garden'?
Can I ask why you find this angers you so much as you are not being forced to move in are you now ? , Also more to the point if you do not like it why the need for a song and dance here ?
Simple thing in life really if you dislike something then move on as the complaining nature you are using is really non productive and you need to sit back and realise there are far more important things in life to worry about than a over zelous EA.

The problem is that words like "nice" are subjective and so mean different things to different people.
I like lots of space, so no, it's not "nice" to me.
But a person who dislikes gardening who just wants a little low maintenance sun trap would probably think it was very "nice".0 -
Back to my original post:
- easily maintained
- south facing
- not seriously overlooked
- reasonably secure

If you look at streetview you will see that the house next door has had new windows and doors fitted compared to the pictures they have used. That had happened by October 2014, and judging by the lack of shrubbery in the front garden I would suspect the photos were taken quite some time before that.

Those photos were clearly taken in the height of summer too, if there's any back garden that dry at the moment I'd pay double the asking rent for the sunshine!0 -

It has the potential to be a nice garden but in it's current state not great. They should lose that awful 'lawn'."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life
