I wanna Apple imac

Where should I buy this from? I thought of getting it from the Apple site but places like Dixons often have good deals. Is it worth getting this from the US?

Specs
  • Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
  • 2.4GHz Processor Speed
  • 1GB Memory
  • 320GB Hard Disk
  • 24'' Widescreen Aluminium display
  • Wireless & Bluetooth 2.0 Networking
  • iLife 08 Software
  • iSight Camera
  • ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO Graphics Card
  • OS X v10.4 "Tiger"
The price is about £1150 so any cheaper would be nice.

hey glitch, if you have a child even at school go onto the education area for individuals (on the top right of the store homepage) and you get a little discount, if you know someone at university they get a bigger discount to go through the uni network. on american ones, you might have to buy a uk keyboard as i have a feeling the layout is different and not sure if it has all the symbols we have. regarding warranty aslong as you buy from a apple shop from experience they dont mind where you bought it from, but if i was you i would check that before buying.
  • oh and wait till oct/nov for the new operating system to come standard otherwise you will have to pay about £50 for it if you buy now
