potentially.. the current person is leaving because he hasnt been made a partner in the 15 years that he has been there, that said, things will be changing in the medium term with partners etc coming up to retirement. I also believe that he is under the impression that the department is not of particular concern to them and they are more focused on other ones and thus, he got fed up, basically.0
