Lloyds Banking Group Clean up

They Lloyds Banking Group have done something strange with my Equifax credit file.

I sent letters off to the Lloyds Banking Group to get the accounts settled and to get the default dates to the date of my bankruptcy. They did this marked the accounts as partially settled and put the default dates to the 8th of December They all dropped of my credit file.

Now they have all re appeared, not marked as a default but marked as settled as of 15/12/15
It states underneath partiality settled but the payment didn't clear the full balance. Is this right? They will end up being there for another 6 years? Will this effect my credit score? Im not sure if I need to write to them again because the accounts shouldnt be still on my file?

    No it's not right.

Formally complain to Lloyds again stating that:

    - they have falsely and inaccurately changed the status of these accounts so they reappear on your credit file.
    - they were previously correctly a default as a consequence of or in line with your bankruptcy, and recording them as anything else is inaccurate and a breach of ICO guidelines and the Data Protection Act.

    that you require then to

    - correct the entries so that they are defaulted with a default date of your BR date and satisfaction date of your discharge date, in line with ICO requirements and the DPA.

( that will make them drop off again)

    or

    - remove the accounts completely from all 3 CRAs

That if they do not you will:

    - Report their breaches of ICO guidelines and DPA to the ICO
    - Take them to the FOS to get them removed and claim redress
    - May consider legal action.

Thank you for such a quick reply!

I didn't think this was right I will be writing to them on Monday.

Do you think the entries will affect my credit worthiness? As they are marked partiality settled?

Partial settlement will not look very favourable to potential lenders, so yes even though not a default it will be a significant negative.

Settlement date of 2015 also means this will be there until 2021, when they should not be there at all.

I'm happy to say that I rechecked my Equifax credit file and all the Lloyds accounts have disappeared :-)

I have a few other issues that I'm sorting the TDX group on 2 accounts is wrong I've written to them same time as lloyds. They have satisfied dated Dec 10 That should me default 09 Sat 10. I'm gonna have to complain to the ICO about Dell fiance they havent replied. Argos have said the errors will be sorted but haven't seem to have done it...will have to write another letter.
