I have a Panasonic nn-ct579s.
I would love anyone to give me some recipes to use which are low fat and looking at my sig, you will see I'm a Slimming World member.
Ideally, I would like to find how to do the Slimming World chips. For those that don't know what these are exactly are potatoes that are parboiled, cut up into chip sized slices, spray with Fry Light cooking spray and cooked in a hot oven for 25 mins

Probably not the answer you want, but if you're serious about losing weight permanently you'll need to wean yourself off carbs. Sorry!
You've done well so far, though.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I dont think that can be right, because slimming world has a plan that lets you eat unlimited pasta and potatoes, and people do lose weight on it.
I suspect that different people respond in different ways to different diets?0
