Preserving peppers

Hi guys

Ive really been adventurous lately and im rather proud of myself, rosted a chicken and made noodle soup at the weekend. Also tried blueberry muffins with a crumble top which were really lovely - I did sit and eat 4 though!

I wondered whether anyone preserves peppers, ive heard you can buy roasted peppers in oil. How long do these keep? How successful is this? What type of jar would I use?

Thanks

You can also dry them - hang them in a sunny dry place e.g. greenhouse. Or you can put them in a very low oven for hours.

Pickled peppers? Use a good white wine vinegar, not distilled malt.

    Pepper relish?
