Just wondering if anyone has a contact email for Capital Fm? I got a direct message through instagram from them saying I had won the starbucks prize from the above competition and could I respond with my phone number so someone could arrange my prize. I sent my phone number over the same day but have heard nothing since despite sending them a few messages through Instagram.

I've looked at the t&c's in the competition and can't find who to contact about this so any help would be much appreciated!

I won a holiday with Capital last year and was contacted by phone by the prize manager at NDL Group and all arrangements were made with them. They can be contacted via their website https://www.ndlgroup.com and they have a Facebook page, hope this helps.

Thanks very much I have dropped them an email so will see what they come back with.
Tried looking at the capital website and I can't see any competition contact details on there - very poor for them really!
