Hi is there a site on the web which can reduce photos for free? thanks in advance.

What do you mean by reduce?

Reduce the size of the file? If so any photo software will do it by allowing you to save it as a different format. For example if you have a bitmap (*.bmp file) load it into the free Paint program that comes with Windows and do "Save As..." chosing to change the file type to JPEG. Better software lets you chose how much compression to apply.

Reduce the height/width? While I don't think Paint allows you to do it almost every other piece of photo software will.

Or did you mean something else?
