Countries Without CFC / Anti-Avoidance Rules?

I am looking for a (preferably) European country where I can live and RUN my Delaware internet business from, without that country taxing the company.
I am fine with paying personal income tax on everything I pay myself in dividends/salary...but I don't want them to touch the company earnings.
What are my options (if any)?
Some countries that I know have no CFC (Controlled Foreign Companies) rules are Ireland, Switzerland, Czech Republic and a few others. Question is though, do they have "anti avoidance"-rules (which means the same thing)? Technically, my company would be a "resident" in most countries I would live in, even though it does no business in that country and it has its address and bank account in the US...since the only shareholder is myself.
Is my only option to move to a "tax haven" like Saudi Arabia or Bahamas...or is there somewhere in Europe I could live?

Your last sentence is asking us to suggest countries in which you can illegally evade tax, if you don't remove that request I'll be reporting you for breach of forum rules.0

No I didn't ask about illegally evading tax. If a country doesn't care about what their residents are doing, how is that the fault of the residents? There are plenty of countries where one can pay a small "fee" to the right government official, to not have to pay tax that year. Thailand comes to mind. There is nothing illegal about it.
But I have removed it.0 -

Really, you think that sounds like something that complies with the laws of the country? You must have a strange view of the world.
Anyway, thanks for removing it, although I doubt if you're going to get a lot of useful replies on a subject that many of us will consider morally dubious.0 -

As a chartered tax adviser and specialist in multinational corporate tax issues I suggest you contact someone to obtain some professional advice, as this is a very complicated area and any advice you receive on the internet will be worth exactly what you pay for it.0 -
